HR Manager



T-Force regional office in Amman is looking to hire an HR Manager with 2-5 years of experience,

An HR Manager will have the following duties:

- Maintains staff recruitment
- Maintains attendance and time-off logs, policies and disciplinary procedures
- Maintains employee benefits programs
- Provides clerical and managerial support to the executives
- Deals with employee requests regarding HR issues
- Keeps up-to-date with office needs

Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good computer skills
- A positive attitude
