Job Description:
The Operations Officer is responsible for regularly supporting daily operations and ensures the region operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and limited supervision within the region of operations; promotes business for Shift by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services
Job Requirements :
The position of Operation Officer requires at least a bachelor's degree in MIS or a related field. Experience 0-1, Excellent command, highly proficient in spoken and written Arabic & English, a third language is a plus. Computer skills the ability to recruit and maintain clients is key. Capability to work in high pressure and non-standard hours of work. – Talk probably with agents and customers , do not smoking .

Duties and Responsibilities of Operation Officer:
• Reflect the company’s image in a good manner among Shifts’ customers.
• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the daily operations.
• Follows the Operations’ department procedure that is provided by the Operation Manager.
• Maintain the quality assurance programs.
• Fully cooperation - Pass information and feedback that are related to other departments with the knowledge of the Operation Manager.
• Pass unsolved claims to the operation Manager
• Monitor the batched and unpaid remittances
• Monitor the data provided by the Operation Manager and inform him for any changes required; ex. Charges and Exchange Rate
• Participating with the Operations Manager with any new technologies and procedure that enrich SHIFT’s Operations
• Full support for the new agents within the duration.
• High standards in dealing with agent’s request and in accordance with SHIFT’s procedure.
• Talk probably with agents and listen carefully to their requests.
