personal assistant



A Jordanian firm is looking to hire a female personal assistant for its chairman in Amman, as per the below requirements:

Tasks: 
1- Organizing chairman meetings (arrange schedule, meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes).
2- Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements for the chairman.
3- Assisting with organizing events that the chairman will attend.
4- Handle outgoing and incoming emails of the chairman.
5- Greet and receive visitors of the chairman.
6- Handle the filling of the chairman files and records.


Skills:
1- Excellent English command.
2- Very good computer skills (MSOffice, Adobe).
3- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
4- Loyalty and high level of confidentiality.
5- Organized.
6- Excellent emailing skills.

Conditions:
1- A bachelor degree in English, Languages, Business Administration or ay related field.
2- Max 5 years of experience as a secretary of personal assistant.
3- Presentable.
4- Resident in Amman.
